Strawberry Pancake Recipe
According to holistic nutrition specialist Ananya Bhattacharya, one of the most delicious but healthy
items found in the market are strawberries. She says that eating healthy is one
of the main ways that the body can upgrade its immunity system and can fight
against all sorts of diseases. Our daily routine has space for approximately 4
to 5 meals out of which the 3 major meals are breakfast, lunch and dinner. The
other two meals are minor meals which are basically snacks and for any average
person, snacks mean junk food. According to this online nutritionist,
junk food is not the only choice and through her special recipes, one can not
only make a tasty and healthy food, but also food which will be loved by both
children and adults. In this blog, we’ll go through the recipe of a strawberry
pancake. To make a delicious strawberry pancake, we need:
Ingredients:
· Wheat flour: 1 cup multigrain flour
· Curd: 500 gm (homemade curd is healthier than
packaged curd as it doesn’t have any preservatives)
· Egg: 2 nos.
· Strawberry Crush: 4 tablespoons (can be homemade)
· Strawberries: 6-8 slices
· Lime Juice: 4 tablespoon
· Honey: 2-3 tablespoon
· Pure ghee: 2-3 tablespoon
Process
1. Take 1 cup multigrain flour and put it in a mixing
bowl.
2. Add curd, eggs, honey, vanilla essence and the
strawberry crush to the mixing bowl.
3. Mix the entire thing thoroughly with a hand blender
till the paste is of proper consistency. In case one does not have a hand
blender, one can use a mixer or even blend it by hand. Though using a hand
blender is the easiest and the most efficient way, but definitely not the only
way.
4. Use ghee to make the pancakes in a pan.
5. Serve with chilled slices of strawberries, lime
juice and a bit of honey.
